Upon the successful completion of your payment transaction at checkout, you will be granted immediate access to your purchased story file through our web-based interactive workspace dashboard, accompanied by a downloadable PDF version of the case file as a secure backup format.

2. Delivery Windows
Digital dashboard access and download links are typically generated immediately following a successful checkout transaction. In rare circumstances, network delays or gateway verifications may cause a minor delivery lag of up to 30 minutes. If your access configuration has not arrived in your inbox within this time frame, please reach out to our team immediately.

3. How You Will Receive Your Purchase

5. Technical Resolutions
If a download link or access node becomes temporarily unavailable or corrupted due to a hosting utility failure on our end, Profile Unknown will make every reasonable effort to restore your workspace dashboard availability or issue an operational replacement link.

6. Consumer Responsibility
As the platform user, you are responsible for:
