Profile Unknown is a premium digital detective mystery experience. You purchase a fictional criminal case file and investigate it through our specialized interactive web workspace—examining digital evidence, documents, photographs, and clues to uncover the narrative truth.

Is this a real crime or based on true events?
No. Every case, character, character background, and piece of evidence is entirely fictional, created solely for immersive storytelling and entertainment purposes. Any resemblance to real individuals or events is purely coincidental.

Do I need to download an app from an app store?
No. The Profile Unknown workspace runs entirely within your standard web browser on both desktop and mobile devices. No third-party app store installation is required.

How do I access my case after purchasing?
Once your transaction is processed, you will instantly receive a confirmation email containing a secure link to log into your digital workspace and begin your investigation.

Please check your email's spam or promotional folder first. If the message is missing, contact our support team with your order details, and we will manually re-verify and send your access link immediately.

Can I access my case on multiple devices?
Yes. Your digital workspace account works across all compatible devices. You can securely log in using your registered email address and password from your phone, tablet, or desktop.

Does my progress save automatically?
Yes. The interactive workspace automatically saves your timeline position, highlighting, document snapshots, and notes in real-time as you work through the files.

How does the magnifying glass tool work?
Simply select the magnifying tool from your digital workspace toolbar and drag it across any document or photo. The interface will instantly enlarge the text or evidence directly underneath the lens for closer inspection.

Why can't I scroll the page while a tool is active?
When the digital Pen, Highlighter, or Magnifying Glass tools are active, your screen inputs are dedicated to drawing or zooming. Simply click or tap the "Move/Hand" icon on your toolbar to return to normal page scrolling.

What is the P.U. Board?
The P.U. Board is your digital evidence wall. It allows you to pin custom snapshots, arrange sticky notes, cross-reference suspect files, and organize your theories visually as you piecing the story together.

Can I take notes inside the workspace?
Yes. The built-in "My Notes" utility provides you with a multi-page interactive notepad, including a structured directory to keep your suspect lists, clues, and primary theories neatly organized.

Can I get assistance if I get stuck on a clue?
Yes. To ensure a smooth storytelling experience, complimentary guided hints are built into the workspace interface and become accessible to look over if you require a nudge in the right direction.

Will a hint reveal the ending of the story?
No. The hint system is designed to highlight overlooked evidence or clarify complex text details without spoiling the final mystery. The ultimate deduction remains entirely yours to make.

How do I complete the investigation?
Once you have reviewed all the forensic materials and finalized your conclusion, you can submit your deduction profile through the workspace dashboard to instantly check your findings against the official police solution file.

Can I get a refund?
Because our files are delivered digitally, refunds are only issued under highly specific conditions, such as accidental duplicate purchases or an unresolvable technical account issue. For more details, please review our Return & Refund Policy in our website footer.
